General Introduction- Battery Washing Test Machine
Battery Washing tester BE-XD-6050 (Patent No.:201220243475) is Bell’s newly launched patented tester. This applied & newly battery test equipment that relating to battery testing machine consisting of test chamber and washing chamber under test chamber, and motorized rotary propeller mounted inside of test chamber and on internal wall of test chamber, drying system is mounted. Washing chamber is designed as elevating structure chamber and A sealing housing formed when the washing chamber rises to the upper edge of the test chamber. The control panel and water tank is designed on the frame and washing chamber connects to water tank. Thanks to this reasonable test chamber structure reduce test cycle and improve test accuracy.

1. Internal SUS316# Stainless water sink to proportion alkaline solution & used solution recycle;
2. High performance plastic head pump motor and the alkaline solution can be pumped from stainless water tank to test tank through time-setting, while the plastic head with excellent durability, anti-rust and anti-oxidation;
3.Internal pressure tank employs SUS316 # stainless steel material with good look and alkaline resistance performance;
The test pressure tank consists of two layers with PU foam in the middle as thermal insulation and external cold-rolled steel with thermal spray treatment.
4.PLC & Touch screen control method to complete the entire test;
5.Driving system consists of servo motor with large torque and large rotary speed magnitude and stable motion etc.
6.Temperature control system: SIEMENS Temperature modular, PID control with high accurate control and stable motion;
7.Protective System: Entire test system consists of internal tank and external chamber with excellent explosion-proof, even in explosion condition;
8.Automatic drainage valve mounted on the bottom of the gather chamber that easy to draw exhaust water out of test chamber;
9.Water-Refilling System: Large cover on the top of water tank design, easy to move the large cover to refill;
10.Friendly Operation Design: Whole Test operation is completed within a distance from 1m to 1.5 m, and operator can control test in an easy way;
11.Mobile Design: 4 Universal wheels and feet mounted that move and fix the test chamber;
